• 2 ripe mangoes, diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp ginger, grated
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
