Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. Halladay's Garlic Chipotle Seasoning; 1 Tbsp. Halladay's Farmhouse Five Onion Seasoning; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 2 Tbsp. Salt; 1 lb ground turkey; 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained; 1/2 cup of corn; 1/2 cup of chopped peppers and onions if desired; 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed; 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed; 2 Tbsp. olive oil; 1 lime, juiced; 8 oz. uncooked chorizo sausage, crumbled; 1 onion, diced; 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes; 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed; 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained and mashed; Monterey-Jack cheese, shredded; 3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed; 4 Tbsp. butter, or to taste; 1/2 cup milk; 2 to 3 Tbsp. Halladay's Farmhouse Five Onion Seasoning; 1/4 cup sour cream
