Pizza with home-made sauce — Svitlana Klymovska

Ingredients

• 350 gr water
• 450-500 gr all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1.5 tsp dried yeast
• 1 can whole canned tomatoes
• 1 big onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 sweet pepper
• Salt, pepper to taste
• Dry oregano
• 1 tsp paprica
• 3-4 drops tabasco sauce
• 400 gr aged mozarella
• 100 gr parmesan
• 1 can sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 can olives (get rid of the pits)
• 300 gr bacon or fried chicken fillet
