• 1 ½ cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/3 cup provolone cheese, finely chopped
• 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 1 cup cheddar crackers, finely ground
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 2 eggs, scrambled
• 9 jalapenos, halved and de-seeded
