• 1 tablespoon (20g) of unsweetened apple sauce
• 180 g (1 1/2 cup) of all purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
• 25 g (1/4 cup) of cacao powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of dawa dawa/fermented locust beans powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (vegan friendly)
