• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) (250 ml) butter softened
• 1 1/3 cups (325 ml) granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) firmly packed brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup (175 ml) buttermilk
• 2 1/4 cups (560 ml) icing sugar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cinnamon ground (club house)
• 6 oz (3/4 package) (175 ml) cream cheese softened
• 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) (175 ml) butter softened
• 8 oz (225 g) semi-sweet chocolate melted and cooled slightly
