Ingredients

- 4 onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp flour
- 8 cups or 2 jars of Zoup! Beef Bone Broth
- 4 croissants
- ½ pound grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
