• 1/2 cup Onion chopped

• 1 teaspoon Tarragon dried
• 3 tablespoon White wine
• 1/2 cup Half-and-half cream
• 1/3 cup Sour cream
• 1 pinch Salt, pepper, nutmeg
• 3 tablespoon Parsley chopped
