Ingredients

• Olive oil or coconut oil for baking
• 0.25 tsp Salt
• 0.5 tsp Cardamom
• 1 Apple into small cubes
• 2 tbsp Agave syrup or cane sugar
• 2 tsp Baking soda
• 2 dl Whole grain rice flour
• 2 dl Cornmeal or buckwheat flour
• 3 Eggs
• 5 dl Soy drink
