- 1 (15 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, (rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup onions, (diced)
- 1 cup carrots, (chopped)
- ¼ cup water, (add more if needed)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Reduced-fat shredded cheese ((optional topping))
