- 1 kg chicken fillets
- 3-4 tablespoons sriracha sauce (I used the @picknpay sriracha sauce)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foods ginger garlic masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- A sprinkling of lemon pepper
- Allow to marinate
