• 1.5 lb cube steak
• 1 egg
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 cup canola or vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 jar Wickles Pickles
• Gravy – store bought or make your own favorite recipe
