• 1¾ tsp baking soda
• ¾ tsp. salt
• 5 bananas, very ripe
• 1½ cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
• 2 cups brown sugar
• ¾ cup sugar
• 5 eggs
• ½ tsp Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Water Soluble 2X
• 2 tsp Amoretti® Natural Spice Extract
• 5 tbsp. buttermilk
• 1 tbsp. spiced rum
• 1 cup walnuts
