- 1 tsp of dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp of orange marmalade
- 4 tbsp of natural yogurt
- 1 red onion, peeled and sliced
- 3 tbsp of sunflower oil, 1 tbsp for the dressing
- 4 slices of white bread
- 185 g of crunchy salad
- 2 peaches
- 175 g of cooked chicken, torn into strips
