- 7 cloves garlic , chopped
- 2 onions, cubed
- 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce or tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 capsicum , cubed
- 5 green chillies , sliced lengthwise
- 2 tbsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water , mixed
- ½ tsp salt to taste
