• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• White granulated sugar
• 1 1/3 - 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• Additional heavy cream
• 1 - 1 1/4 cups diced fresh strawberries
• 1 tsp vanilla
