Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 3/4 pound (preferably 58%-61% cacao), finely chopped semisweet chocolate
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups toasted pecan pieces
• 1 1/2 cups Mini marshmallows
