• ½ tsp thyme powder
• Seasoning powder to taste
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1 cup coconut milk /beef or vegetable broth/ Water
• Salt, to taste
• Bell peppers
• Carrot
• Scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
• Cornstarch
• Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
