• 5 ounces package mixed herb salad
• 1 ripe Hass avocado, diced and peeled
• 1 cup unsalted sliced almonds
• 1 grapefruit, cut into sections, skin, pith and seeds removed
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
• Small pinch fleur de sel salt
