Red Pepper Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut cleaned and washed..
• ½ tablespoon @purespice_sa
• Red ginger garlic
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa
• Ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt-or to taste
• 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
• 2 tablespoon Vinegar
• 1 garlic clove freshly minced
• 1 teaspoon Cajun spice
• 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 2 teaspoon Crushed red chillies ,
• 1 Red pepper
• 1 tub Sour cream
• Few strands Saffron
• Add to the chicken and allow to simmer for few minutes. Garnish with dhania (coriander).
