• 1 small Onion, finely chopped

• 30 g Dried Porcini Mushrooms, rehydrated
• 50 ml Marsala Wine
• 200 ml Single Cream
• 50 g Cream Cheese
• 50 g Freshly Grated Parmesan
• 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
• Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
• Fresh Parsley, chopped
