Takeout noodles with sticky sesame pork and soused cucumber

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp rice wine
• 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 thumb fresh ginger, grated
• 4 pork steaks or chops with a good bit of fat
• 2 red pointed peppers, finely sliced
• 4 spring onions, finely sliced
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp tahini
• 550g fresh egg noodles
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
