• 1 Small Shallots, raw (finely minced)
• 2 tsp Unsalted butter
• 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp Paprika
• 1/8 tsp Dried mint
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 to taste Black pepper
• 1 tsp Olive oil
• 8 ounces Fresh halibut (2 4-ounce filets)(drum, flounder, sole or trout will also work)
