- 1 lemon, zested
- ¼ lemon, squeezed

- ½ shot bourbon (optional)

- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- Cream Cheese Biscuits
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1½ sticks cold salted butter, cubed
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
- Bourbon Whipped Cream
- 1½ cups whipping cream, ice cold
- 1 scant shot bourbon
