Chocolate Cuppies recipe by Sue

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 & ½ cups castor sugar
• 1 & ½ cups cake flour
• 3 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ cup oil
• ¾ cup boiling water
• ½ cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• ⅓ cup milk
• ½ teaspoon bicarb
• Add the oil, milk and vanilla essence and leave aside
• Add the castor a little at a time and beat till alls used up..
• Add the yolks and beat well.
• Add the liquid and the flour mixture simultaneously mixing by hand to just must everything then pour onto cup cake pans..
• And some flake or top deck twirls
