• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
