• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/3 cup (2 5/8 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
• 2 1/2 cups (9 5/8 ounces) powdered sugar, sifted and divided
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled to room temperature
