P90x Asparagus Soup

Ingredients

• 1-1/4 cups Onion diced
• 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
• 1-1/2 quarts Chicken or vegetable broth
• 1-1/2 pounds Asparagus chopped
• 1/2 Potato diced
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
• 1 dash Salt
• 1 dash 5 spice
• 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
