Cheddar Bacon Cornmeal Waffles | McCormick Gourmet

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 cup (310 ml) buttermilk
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) vegetable oil
• 1 cup (250 ml) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) cornmeal
• 4 tsps (20 ml) chives freeze dried (mccormick )
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) baking powder
• 2 tsps (10 ml) granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) each salt and pepper
• 2/3 cup (150 ml) shredded Cheddar cheese
• 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
