White Turkey Chili

Ingredients

• 1.5 cups onions coarsely chopped
• 2 Cloves Garlic minced
• 1 Tablespoon olive oil
• 1 jalapeno pepper minced
• 1 4-oz can chopped mild green chilies
• 1 Teaspoon Ground cumin
• 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
• 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
• 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Cup reduced-sodium chicken bouillon
• 1 19-oz can white kidney beans (cannellini), drained and rinsed
• 2 Cups COOKED TURKEY cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1/4 Cup fresh cilantro coarsely chopped
• 1/2 Cup reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese grated
