• 1 1/2 pounds skirt hanger, round steak, or similar 1/2-inch thick steak
• 1 shallot chopped*
• 6 garlic cloves peeled
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3/4 teaspoon pepper
• 3/4 teaspoon cumin
• 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
