• 2 cups (500 mL) brown sugar packed
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Milk
• 3 3/4 cups (930 mL) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp (5 mL) baking soda
• 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
• Whole almonds or pecans (optional)
