• 1 chicken cut into pieces
• 1 teaspoon red masala
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• Salt(about 1 and half teaspoon)or to taste
• ¼ teaspoon BBQ spice
• ½ teaspoon chicken spice
• ½ teaspoon crushed green chillies
• ½ teaspoon red dry chillies
• ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• Pinch of Aromat (a South African Spice)
• ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
• ¼ teaspoon veg seasoning
• ½ cup sour milk
• 1 egg beaten
• Pinch of salt
• Sprinkle of parsley
• ¼ teaspoon baking
