• ¾ cup CSR Caster Sugar
• 2 extra large eggs
• 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
• 1 ½ cups White Wings Self-Raising Flour
• ½ cup White Wings Plain Flour
• ¼ cup orange juice
• ⅓ cup Sunbeam Currants
• 150g unsalted butter
• 250g CSR All Natural Buttercream Icing Mix Vanilla
• Green food colour
• 3 tbsp milk (optional)
• Cachous, to decorate
