• 1 1/4 cups honey graham crackers, finely crushed
• For the Filling:
• 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 6 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
• 2 eggs
• One (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered, for serving (optional)
