• 1/2 cup sliced carrots
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 can cream style corn
• 1 can evaporated skim milk
• 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
