• 2 Teaspoons multi coloured peppercorns
• 1 Handful fresh coriander or cilantro
• 1 red chilli de-seeded (or not depending on taste)
• 1/4 red onion peeled and halved
• 2 cloves garlic
• a few chives
• 2 Pinches pink salt flakes
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• 1 large avocado
• 1 tomato, quartered
• 3 Tablespoons Greek style yoghurt or sour cream, optional
