• 1 c amish friendship starter at room temperature
• 3 ea eggs
• 2/3 c vegetable oil
• 3 ts vanilla
• 2 c unbleached flour
• 1 c granulated sugar
• 2 ts baking powder
• 1 1/2 ts ground cinnamon
• 1 ts baking soda
• 1 ts salt
• 1 c nuts; chopped
• 2 md apples; peeled,fine chopped
