Turkey with Gravy - CookingHub

Ingredients

• Juice from 2 lemons
• 1 ½ cups of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 sticks of unsalted butter - melted (½ LB *)
• ½ onion - peeled and roughly chopped (medium size)
• ¼ cup of sage - fresh and roughly chopped
• ¼ cup of basil - fresh and roughly chopped
• ¼ cup of chives - fresh and roughly chopped
• ¼ cup of rosemary - fresh and roughly chopped
• 6 cloves of garlic - peeled
• 2 TBSP of salt (adjust if needed)
• 1 TSP of pepper (adjust if needed)
• 1 whole turkey (about 12 - 15 LB **)
• 1 recipe of stuffing (store-bought or recipe here)
• 1 stick of unsalted butter - sliced into about 8 thick slices (¼ LB)
• 2 cups of chicken broth/stock
• 1 TBSP of all-purpose flour
