- 2 teaspoons mixed spice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon pwder
- 1 teaspoon fine ginger
- 2 tb castor sugar
- Add the above in to a mixing bowl with a hook attachment.
- 1 and half cup warm milk
- 2 tb oil
- 1 egg
