- 5 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- Syrup:
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. apple juice
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 5 T. butter
