• 2 red chili peppers
• 1 red bell pepper
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil, plus more for serving
• 7 oz (200 g) feta cheese, crumbled, plus more for serving
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) 5% Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp small oregano leaves, plus more for serving
• 2 tsp (10 ml) red wine vinegar
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• Aleppo pepper or Espelette pepper, to taste (optional)
• 24 rosemary, raisin and pecan crackers
