  • 675g/1 ½lb curd or cream cheese (Philadelphia works)
  • 175g/6oz. caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • Fruit to top: fresh raspberries, cherries, strawberries or physalis
