Old Rag Pie - ByLena.com
This Greek pie is called 'Patsavouropita' and translates to 'old rag pie'. There are two versions, the salty and the sweet one and I've already tested both.
Ingredients
- ● Phylo dough sheets 400 g 1 packet of paper-thin sheets
- ● Feta cheese 400 g
- ● Chopped parsley 2 tbsp or chopped dill
- ● Melted butter 50 g can be replaced with oil
- ● Egg 5 pieces
- ● Milk 700 ml
- ● Salt 1 tsp
- ● Ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
- ● Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
