Ingredients

• 500g (4 cups) bread flour
• 7g instant yeast
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 250ml (1 ½ cups) warm water
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 x 125g That’s Amore Burrata
• 50g seafood marinara mix
• 5 tbsp pizza sauce
• 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
• 6 whole anchovies
• Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
• Fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped
