• 1/3 Cup Chicken Stock
• 2 tbsp White Wine
• 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar, or white wine vinegar
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
• 1/3 Cup Green Onion, white and green, small diced
• 1/4 Cup Fresh Herbs, I used small bunch dill and parsley
• 1.5 tbsp Mustard, *dijon
• 1 tsp Salt, adjust per taste
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 Cup Red Onion, a medium red onion, small diced
• 1 tbsp Sugar, **adjust to taste
