Ingredients

• 1 package of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
• 6 large tomatoes, sliced
• 4 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c. thinly sliced spring onions
• 1/2 c. freshly chopped cilantro
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• Salt
• pepper
