Ingredients

• 12 ounces Cape Cod Select whole frozen cranberries
• 6 ounces water
• 192 grams allulose sweetener (could substitute with sugar or another sweetener of choice)
• 1 whole lemon, juice and zest
• 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)
• 16 ounces whole milk
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 whole vanilla bean pods (optional)
• 16 ounces heavy whipping cream (very cold!)
• 1/2 tablespoon vodka (optional, to keep the mixture from freezing)
