The Perfect French Toast by @eoinsheehan - Mullin's Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Mullin's salted caramel ice cream
- Mix the eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Soak the bread in the mix until fully absorbed.
- Fry on a pan for 1-2 minutes until golden and brown on each side. Repeat for 2 slices.
- Top with Mullin's ice cream, honey, Nutella, berries or anything you fancy!
