Ingredients: 1 cup boneless chicken (cubed into small pieces); ½ teaspoon salt; 3 tablespoons Steers creamy jalapeño sauce (We use the Asda make in 🇬🇧); 3 tablespoons crystal hot sauce ( I used 1 ¼ tablespoon Morrison’s ghost chilli sauce - this is really spicy so please add to taste); ¼ cup lemon juice; 1 tablespoon butter; 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated); 1 cup grated spicy cheese (I used the Morrison’s brand); 1 tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped); ¼ cup chopped green peppers or sweetcorn (optional ingredient); 1 egg (beaten)
